The St. Louis site is giving out two awards this year: Best Free Event and Best Free Attraction. The finalists for Best Free Event are: Whitaker Music Festival, Fair Saint Louis, Shakespeare Festival St. Louis, Festival of Nations, Great Forest Park Balloon Race. Congrats to all the finalists! Voting begins on February 22 and ends on March 21, with winners announced March 30. You can also vote for St. Louis Best Free Attraction here.
